SOUTH BEND -

The trial date was set Tuesday for a suspect in the shooting death of a South Bend teen. Nathan Hall, 18, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of April 16.

On Tuesday, Shane Williams, 18, was scheduled to begin his trial for charges of Felony Murder and Robbery on Oct. 6.  Williams was arrested on June 5 for his alleged role in Hall's death. He is currently being held in the St. Joseph County Jail without bond.

County Metro Homicide believes Hall was contacted by Williams over Facebook to meet for a drug deal, but Williams and an accomplice, identified by police as Jermaine Munn, were planning to rob Hall at the meet up.  They suspect Hall was shot by Munn and Williams took money and marijuana from Hall.
