BLOTTER:
On 06/08/14 at about 12:58am, a motorcycle was observed heading west on US 20 at SR19 at a high rate of speed. An attempt
was made to stop the vehicle on US 20 east of the west county line. The motorcyle failed to stop and continued into St. Joseph
County. The pursuit was terminated at SR 331 and Dragoon in Mishawaka after the motorcyle evaded police.

On 6/8/2014 at 1:25am, Simon Williams, 19, was stopped for a traffic violation on US 20 west of SR 19. Simon Williams was
found to be operating while intoxicated, and to have illegally consumed an alcoholic beverage as a minor, after failing a Three
Part Field Sobriety testing, and being found to have a .15 BrAC at 2:03am, and incarcerated.

On 06/08/2014 at approximately 2:21am, Novtender Singh, 25, was stopped on CR 17, south of Beck Dr for a traffic violation.
Novtender Singh failed field sobriety tests and had a certified chemical breath test with a result of .09 BRAC at 3: 11am.
Novtender Singh was incarcerated at the Elkhart County Jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

On 06/08/2014 at around 10:08 am, Derrick Cassell, 49 of 1201 CR 15 reported a shoplifting incident at his place of
employment Dollar General 23672 Old US Hwy 20. The suspect allegedly stole a bottle of wine. The suspect was located
shortly after the incident and was not in possession of the bottle of wine.

stated this occurred around 3:20pm.

located and was cited and released for leaving the scene of an accident.

application for detention was completed.

warrant for his arrest. Gary Columbus (33) was located there and provided a false name to an officer and then pulled away
from the officer and tried to run away when being arrested. Gary Columbus was caught nearby. Gary Columbus was found to
have a valid warrant for his arrest and he was incarcerated. He was also incarcerated for false informing and resisting law
enforcement.
