ThermoDyne "business as usual" day after visit from Homeland Security Investigators

Posted:
ThermoDyne officials say they are at "full production, business as usual" the day after Homeland Security Investigations were on scene at the Elkhart business on Tuesday.

FOX28 crews at the scene observed HSI personnel present at ThermoDyne on the 800 block of Middlebury St. However, neither HSI representatives nor the U.S. Attorney's office will provide comment on why officials were at the business. ThermoDyne did not have any comment on why investigators were present at their business on Tuesday.

FOX28 previously spoke to ThermoDyne in 2009, when the company was hoping new security mandates for federal buildings would drive business for their Mail Defender product, a device designed to remove pathogens from pieces of mail.
