Michigan Republican Primary Election Results

Michigan voters made a few choices during the Republican primary, including signing off on Proposition One.  That's the ballot measure that calls for the elimination of the state tax on manufacturing and small business equipment, also known as the personal property  tax. In the race for the Sixth Congressional District, voters chose long-time US Representative Fred Upton.  He's been in the House for nearly three decades. He beat Jim Bussler 6571 to Bussler's 2467. Upton goes on to face Democrat Paul Clements in November.
