Marshall County man arrested after reportedly threatening to kill family, police officers

A Marshall County man was arrested Sunday after police say they received complaints that he had threatened to kill his family and any officer that tried to stop him.

Police from the Marshall County Sheriff Department arrested Andy Horvath after a traffic stop on US 31 Sunday night. Police arrested Horvath at around 8:45pm in Lakeville under the preliminary charge of Intimidation and Stalking, and say he is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Police say Horvath is accused of stalking and harassing his wife and daughter. After he threatened police officers, the arresting officers located him in Lapaz on Sunday night, and followed him to Lakeville until other officers could provide assistance. St. Joseph County police also helped on this arrest.
