8oz Chocolate Bar
1/2 cup butter
4 egg yolks
6 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
Cut chocolate into pieces, melt in double boiler or at low heat in sauce pan on stove.
Cut butter into small cubes and mix into melted chocolate until smooth.
Remove pan from stove and and whisk in egg yolks.
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, adding sugar while beating.
Gently fold chocolate mixture into egg whites.
Serve in dessert cups.
