Legend's Bread Pudding

2ea White bread slice

2ea wheat bread slice

1cup Heavy cream

3 whole eggs

4 oz sugar

1tsp Vanilla

1Tbsp Rum Dark

Zest of one orange (minced)

2oz Cranberries Dried (Plumped in Cider)

2tsp Whole Butter

Brown Sugar to dust

  • 1. Cube bread white and wheat
  • 2. Mix egg, cream, sugar, vanilla, rum to a batter.
  • 3. Place butter evenly distributed in bottoms of baking dish.
  • 4. Distribute brown sugar atop all buttered pans.
  • 5. Place bread in pans and top with batter.
  • 6. Place in pre heated oven (350) and bake till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
