Winter White Chocolate Pudding

3 cups cold skim milk

2 packages white chocolate sugar-free instant pudding

4 cups thawed light whipped topping (Cool-Whip)

1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel

Pour milk into a large bowl and add pudding mix.  Beat with a wire whisk for 1 minute.

Gently stir in whipped topping and orange peel.  Spoon into mold or serving dish.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
