Serves 3

Ingredients:
2 potato bakers
3ea bacon strips
5oz cheddar cheese blend
1oz scallions
1ea white onion
2oz tomato diced
1oz sour cream
1oz guacomole
Seasoning salt

Fry potato slices to golden brown and toss with seasoning salt, place on serving plate and top with cheese melt in oven, and top with jalapeno, bacon bits, scallions, white onion diced, tomato diced, and sour cream and guacamole.
